Shipping and returns

  1. Shipping & Handling

1.1.           We make reasonable efforts to have the products ready and delivered to You as soon as possible.   Customised items have to be designed and printed individually, so these orders especially take time to complete.   We aim to have items completed and posted within the following timeframes:

(a)             For customised items, within ten (10) Business Days of receiving Your order; and

(b)             For all other items, within three (3) Business Days of receiving Your order. 

However, these timeframes are estimates only and We do not guarantee postage by that date.  Notwithstanding any delays in delivery, You must accept the products.

1.2.           Products are delivered by Australia Post and/or other courier companies and will require signature upon delivery. Once Your order is posted, You will be notified and We will provide a tracking number so that the parcel can be tracked.   We take no responsibility and accept no liability for items misplaced by Australia Post or other couriers or for items damaged in transit.  Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. 

 

1.3.           Postage is charged at cost, based on the weight of the items You have ordered. Orders over $300 are shipped free of charge.  

1.4.           International shipping is currently available to a limited number of countries. If Your country isn't on the list, please contact us direct and We will see what We can do.

2. RETURNS

1.1.           We acknowledge that sometimes products need to be returned.  Please carefully read the below information regarding our returns policy.

1.2.           Any customised items are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

1.3.           Other items (that are not customised) may be eligible for a refund or exchange provided:

(a)             You promptly notify us of Your intention to return the items, via our contact form prior to actually returning the items;

(b)             The items are returned within thirty days (30) days, at Your expense;

(c)             The items are in an ‘as sold’ conditions (i.e. have not been used) and are returned with all original packaging.  If items are sold as a set, all components of that set must be returned.

1.4.           You must provide us with postage/tracking details for any items returned to Us.  Following receipt of the item, We will confirm whether We accept the return.  If the above return requirements are met and we accept the return, we will process a refund.  Any refunds may take up to ten (10) Business Days to process.

1.5.           Returned items are subject to a restocking fee which is 10% of the total sale price.
