SMART FANS - Our fans move up to 1640l/min EACH & vary their speed depending on system requirements. This means less noise, less wear & lower overall power consumption.
SMART FANS will simply stop if the blades are blocked & restart when they are free again. No burn outs!
Mounting of the fans is neat & simple using 3D printed mounting plates & zip-ties.

The graph in the pictures shows the before and after performance of my Dometic fridge in a Jayco Penguin while running on 240v. I’ve marked the point on the graph where the fans were installed. The internal fridge temperature stayed below 5 degrees after the fans were installed and this was at up to 41 degrees ambient, running on 240v!
NOTE: This was our fridge & represents the best possible results. Results WILL vary from fridge to fridge.
The fans don’t cause any issues with the flame when the fridge is operating on gas.
The kit comes with quiet, high quality, brushless, smart fans that draw 0.35 amps in total.
Installation is as simple as:
Removing the vent.
Mounting the fan plates using the supplied zip-ties.
Connecting the fans to your van battery management system.
Refitting the vent with the fans fitted.
The controller automatically turns the fans on when the temperature reaches the chosen trigger point.
A multicolour LED provides unobtrusive visual indication of what the fans are doing.
There is also an over -temperature alarm that will sound if the temperature behind the vent gets too hot.

This fan system is specifically designed to fit the larger fridge vents, as used on some caravans & campers. Dimensions of these vents are approximately 520mm x 280mm.
There are two different types of larger vent that could be fitted to your caravan. Please ensure you select the correct kit to suit your vent (Dometic or Thetford)
Fans must be installed in the upper vent, not the lower.
The vents shown in the pictures are not supplied. The fan mounting plates supplied in the kit are zip-tied to your existing vent.
Installation of these fans is simple, but a power supply is required for them to operate. Wiring will need to be installed from the van electrical system to the vent. 4 meters of wire is included.
We don't recommend connecting directly to the battery as this will bypass any battery low voltage protection devices in your van.
If you are unsure how to install this wiring, please consult with your local auto electrician or caravan repair shop.
