This oval LED caravan awning light uses the same triple-colour motion-sensing lamp as our other version, fitted to a 253mm x 90mm adaptor plate for common oval light positions.
It gives you automatic night-time lighting without drilling new mounting holes.
What makes it different
Motion sensing brings the light on automatically at night, so you don't have to find the switch in the dark.
No-drill fitting uses the original mounting holes and cable position, avoiding fresh holes in the caravan wall.
Three colour modes let you choose the light that suits the job, with two LED colour combinations available.
Three brightness levels let you turn it down around camp or use full output when you need more light.

Frequently asked questions
Will it fit the existing awning light mounting holes?
It is designed to use the existing mounting holes and cable position of many common oval awning lights. Check the 253mm x 90mm base dimensions before ordering to make sure it suits your installation.
Is it bright enough for cooking or sitting outside?
At full brightness it produces up to 800 lumens, with three brightness levels. How much light you want for cooking or sitting outside is personal, so you can choose the level that suits you.
Does the motion sensor work during the day?
No. Motion sensing is automatically deactivated during daylight, so the light won't keep switching on when it isn't needed.
How long does the light stay on after movement stops?
It switches off 30 seconds after no movement is detected.
Can passing people or animals trigger it?
Yes. Passing people or animals can trigger it because the PIR sensor responds to movement.
Can I turn off the motion sensing?
You can disable the motion-sensing function using the touch switch on the lamp. The same switch can also turn the light off completely.
Do I need extra wiring for the colour and sensor functions?
No extra wiring is required. It only needs positive and negative, the same as the original lamp, while colour, brightness and mode settings are controlled by the touch switch.
Does amber or red light attract fewer insects?
In our own test, white attracted the most insects, amber attracted fewer and red attracted hardly any. Results will vary because different insect species respond differently to different colours.
Will it work on both 12V and 24V caravans?
Yes. The light operates on both 12V and 24V systems.
Will it remember my settings after the power is switched off?
Yes. It saves the last setting when power is removed and comes back on with the same setting when power is restored.
